His passion for the art of pastry started at a very young age and he keeps ‘the flame alive’ by experimenting with new flavors and innovative combinations. Additionally, he has extensive experience as a pastry chef at luxury hotels in Cyprus. He also participated in numerous seminars and masterclasses as thought by the greatest pastry chefs in the world and he is always creating new recipes with ground-breaking flavors.
