Andreas Konstantinou is a pastry chef and a graduate of the famous Johnson & Wales University (USA) in Culinary Art and Food Service Management and owner of MAKarons Boutique in Nicosia. He undertook private lessons with experienced pastry chefs and as a result has created over 4000 different recipes and methods as to adjust the Parisian and American standards into his own macarons recipe (suitable for Cyprus weather and conditions). His is considered by many a true pioneer and a true expert regarding macarons in Cyprus!
