Eurotoques: A team consisting of Senior and Junior chefs, all part of the Cyprus office of the official gastronomic organization of the European Union. Goals of the organization include to support local products, food and beverages as to safeguard civilization and local culture preserved in the food culture of our island. They manage to achieve that through an educational approach to traditional gastronomy combined with techniques of modern cookery as to preserve the beautiful tradition of the Cyprus cuisine, and its unique, quality flavors.
